Lease terms and warranty policy.
1. Preliminary examination of the apartments for rent in Minsk
To start with you’ll have to select an item in the “Apartments” section of our website and check the overall look and equipment of the flat at the page containing the apartment description. Also, you can ask your representative in Minsk to examine the flat at the time set with our company rep.

2. Booking Minsk apartments
A flat for rent in Minsk can be booked by making a deposit which is equal to the per day rate. The deposit is included into the total rent costs. Client can cancel at any moment before checking in. The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
Our repeat clients can book apartments without making a deposit.

3. Checking in and out at the Minsk apartments
At the time set a MinskRent company representative will meet you at the flat chosen. After you examine and approve the apartment, the lease contract will be signed (passport is required) and you’ll receive the keys. While checking in you’ll be asked to pay for the whole lease period and provided with a receipt. Checking in/out from 12 to 7 AM is separately stipulated, while it is also possible to arrange pick up and ride to the flat location. Should you need to check in at the Minsk apartments in the morning and check out in the evening of the next day, you’ll be charged for 1,5 not for 2 lease days, or in some other way, but to your benefit anyway. When checking out you’ll meet with the MinskRent company representative at the time set right at the apartment and return the keys.
In case you rent our apartment for more than 5 days, you’ll be met at the airport or station by our representative and be driven to the flat at no charge.

4. Service and cleaning.
The rent charge includes clean linen and towels, dishes for eating and cooking, household appliances and Internet connection. It also covers cleaning and change of linen and towels every 5 days carried out on demand and at the time which will suit you.

Warranty policy
Our company guarantees the following:
1. Minsk apartments can be rented at any moment provided that there are flats available.
2. Checking in and out can be carried out at any time of the day and during any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
3. The rent rate can’t be raised once the flat is booked.
4. If client checks out earlier, the unused deposit sum is refunded.
5. In case of the company not being able to provide the apartment booked for checking in, we shall offer a flat of similar or higher quality at no additional cost. In case client refuses to check in at the flat offered we shall refund the deposit covering the period of time from the contract termination to the end of the lease term, or refund the money deposited while booking the flat.

Attention!!!
- We offer apartments for living only. We do not provide flats for parties (Birthday, Wedding parties and so on). In case of a fraud on the client’s side, we shall take appropriate measures including turning out from the flat and the lease contract termination without refunding the deposit.
- No pets are allowed at the apartments.
- The company does not bear responsibility for the security of lodgers’ values.
