Besides, the rent rate includes all overhead expenses: electricity, gas, heating, cold and hot water, Internet connection.

This means that if you check in at the apartment at 4 PM and pay for 1 day, your check out time is 4 PM the next day. If you are planning to move into the flat in the morning today and leave late in the evening tomorrow, you are charged for 1,5 not for 2 lease days, or in some other way, but to your benefit anyway.

Is the deposited money refunded if I decide to check out earlier?
Of course, it is. But you’ll have to inform us about your checkout plans beforehand, no later than within 6 hours before you leave.

How safe it is to stay at your Minsk apartments?
Staying at our apartments for rent in Minsk is no less secure than to live in a common flat, provided that you stick to the basic security rules: lock the door when leaving, keep the balcony closed, don’t let unknown people in, and so on. What concerns the apartments, each flat and porch has a metallic door, and all building entrances are equipped with intercoms.
